About Invisible Marketing

Invisible Marketing is a firm that’s focused on the B2B complex sale.

We help companies selling services, software, or stuff costing $100k and up. We collaborate with sales teams and sales experts to ensure that marketing opens doors, builds trust, and automate things for sales people. Marketing can only look good when sales look good.

Our clients sell into big companies across a constellation of industries, including healthcare, energy, travel, retail, telecom, and financial services.

Our clients are typically interested in customer loyalty: we help them build dialogue and relationships to defend their customer base from commoditization or erosion. This brings us into dialogue with support and delivery areas of the business, since promises made in marketing must be kept by the operations team.

We believe in measuring and automating things. We also believe that relationships cannot be measured or automated, but must be built before the numbers will show up.

We typically work with some combination of the following…
- demand generation processes and tactics at the top of the pipeline.
- customer targeting strategy and assumptions.
- the customer buying process, and internal processes visible to the buyer.
- service after the sale, and the operational realities the buyer will experience.
